For sizing, you’ll need measuring tape or a ruler. It’ll help if you have a piece of paper you can mark with a pencil. Draw a line at your heel and at your longest toe, then measure between the lines in inches. Measure both feet since it's common to have slight variations in foot size. Also, always size up to account for socks! You should have a finger’s width distance between your longest toe and the end of the shoe and your heel should stay in place. If your heel comes up as you step forward,then your shoes are too big. Your toes should have about half an inch of room in the front.
